Unfortunately, if someone else uses your mobile connection for bad things, like breaking the rules or doing illegal stuff, it’s a big problem for you. There might be some serious consequences waiting for you.

Besides many other services on this website, I will stick with the topic and tell you how to check all SIMs under the Iqama number. On this portal, you can check all your SIMs registered under your Iqama/ID with their operator name. Coming back to our main topic, I will show you the procedure with a step-by-step guideline.

Step # 1

Visit the Mutasil portal of the CST Website from the following link

https://mutasilind.cst.gov.sa/Arqami/Inquiry

Step # 2

This portal gives 2 options to check the Number of SIMs on Iqama. If you are sure that you have no registered SIM number on your Iqama then you will follow method # 1 from the below while if you have a registered SIM under your Iqama, then you should choose method # 2.

Method # 1

In this method, use the following steps to know the total number of SIMs and connections on your ID/Iqama number.

  1. Enter your Iqama number or identification number in section #1
  2. Enter your Date of Birth in section # 2.
  3. Check the box No in section # 3.
  4. Enter the Captcha Code in Section # 4.
  5. In the last, enter the Inquire button. That’s it

Once you press the Inquire button, you will see the total number of SIMs and Connections registered under your Iqama in Saudi Arabia. However, in this method, you will get only the total number with the operator name. You cannot see the SIM numbers. If you want to check the actual SIM or Mobile Connection numbers then you must have at least one SIM under your Iqama number to receive the verification code.

Once you press the Agree button, you will see the result with the total number of SIMs and Connections registered under your Iqama with the operators’ information. In this method, you can see the operator name, SIM number, and Connection type either prepaid or postpaid. It will also show you the landline and internet connection details.
